ZUMBA STARTS IN SUMMER 2016

 

From June 2 on friday from 18.30 to 19.30 ZUMBA FITNESS, with ANDRE.

Zumba is a fitness class group that uses the rhythms and movements of Afro-Caribbean music, mixed in with the traditional movmenti of aerobics.

Its central objective is to create a high calorie consumption thanks to its variable intensity. In addition, the music and choreography are designed primarily to amuse the practitioner in order to make him forget the physical effort resulting in high caloric consumption.

The choreography is designed specifically to give the participant a work of high intensity cardio-vascular system, and a high dose of toning legs and buttocks primarily.

Zumba was created by dancer choreographer Beto Perez in Miami. Has now spread to 36 countries in the world, and has over 18,000 trained instructors to teach.
